Terms and Conditions

The customers order is given by E-Mail/Internet. We confirm the order by sending an order confirmation along with the bill by E-Mail. The customer submits the amount (price) on the bill in the given account using the bill nr. as reference for the payment or uses PayPal during the order process. The price to be payed is the price including lawful taxes.

Shipping and packing expenditures

National shipping: the ordered articles will only be shipped to a postal adresse within the BRD (Federal Republic of Germany). The shipping within Germany ist free of cost.

Shipping within Europe: the ordered articles are shipped only wihtin europe. The current  shipping costs are 10,00€ and will be charged seperatly.

International shipping: the ordered articles are shipped out of europe. The current shipping costs are 15,00€ and will be charged seperately.

The order confirmation made by us or the payment for the ordered articles made by the customer take place ONLY if the ordered article is deliverable IMMEDIATELY. Shipping will be done immediately after successful payment transaction into our account. In case of any mistake from our side we will inform the customer immediately and on wish of the customer we will return the payment.

Guarantee

All statements about the articles made to the customer during the order process are not binding.

Merchants have to inspect the delivered articles for any manufacturing faults right after the articles have been delivered and inform us immediately, otherwise the delivered articles are to be regarded as approved.

Private customers have to inform us about any manufacturing faults within a period of 1 week starting from the day of delivery.

The customer has a right of withdrawal without giving any reason within a period of 14 days starting from the day of delivery. The customer bears all costs for the retour. The retour has to be made within the 14 days after receiving the delivered articles. The right of withdrawal does not count for articles which have been manufactured on the customers specifications.

The retour has to be made through DHL as registered packet with tracking number. The bill is to be placed in packet along with your bank details for returning payment transaction.

Retour

National(Germany): Customer bears all expenditures for retour.

Abroad (within Europe): Customer bears all expenditures for retour.

International (out of Europe): Customer bears all expenditures for retour.

The court of jurisdiction to be stated is Dortmund.

The customer agrees to our terms and conditions by giving his order to us. Our terms and conditions are valid in all cases as long as we do not give a written agreement on statements different from our terms and conditions.

If any regulation of the displayed contract is invalid or going to be invalid according to the german law, the validity of the remaining regulations remains untouched. In place of the invalid regulation comes a new regulation that best represents the intentions of both contract parties.
